3 Tiny Sleep Things

  1. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day, including weekends;
  2. Establish a relaxing, calming bedtime routine ;
  3. A bedroom temperature between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit helps promote sleep.

One Last Thought

Charles Barkley famously said “I’m not a role model. Just because I dunk a basketball doesn’t mean I should raise your kids.” Unfortunately, people seem to have forgotten what a role model is and more importantly what a role model isn’t. A role model is a person who sets a good example for others to follow.
