Who is Libby DeLana?

Libby DeLana is the creator and co-host of the This Morning Walk™ with Alex Elle, the author of Do/Walk (Do Books, 2021), and a leading voice on the emotionally transformative power of walking.

In 2011, Libby began a daily practice of walking, which she has maintained without missing a day. Over the years, she has walked more than 25,000 miles, equivalent to circling the earth. This commitment led her to author the book “Do Walk,” where she shares lessons and insights from her walking journey.
