Can we be 5% more responsible for our well-being and embody Bruce Lee at the same time?

In Steven Chandler’s book, Crazy Good: A Book of Choices, he tells us “There is bad and there is good . . . And then there is crazy good.” And, our path to living a crazy-good life is simple. It’s all about CHOICES.

The book walks us through 15 of the most powerful choices we can make, a couple of which are: Crazy Good vs. Hard Knock, Choosing vs. Trying to Decide, and Verb vs. Noun. All of the choices on his list are important, but he notes that he focused on improving incrementally. He did this by being 5% more responsible for his life. The coach he was working with asked him some rapid-fire questions about being 5% more responsible and what he might accomplish if he were more responsible.

What could we accomplish if we were 5% more responsible for our well-being? Could we move well more often and consistently get 5% closer to 10,000 steps on a daily basis? Could we sleep better if we were able to shut down our electronics 5% earlier? Could we help our nutrition and hydration if we were 5% more conscious of what we consume? Could we improve our mindset if we responded…
