Welcome back or welcome to, the Lawyer’s Well-being Brief. Every week, I share insights on ways to improve our well-being. This week I’m excited to introduce the latest version of the Lawyer’s Well-being Brief. In this version, we have streamlined the brief to make it easier to read. This week we look at the “7 Cs of Success” from the philosopher, Tom Morris.

According to Morris, from ancient times to present day, across all cultures and throughout the centuries, wise people who have thought deeply about success and excellence have left us bits and pieces of advice for attaining the right kind of achievement in our lives. Morris has put all these insights together into a simple, comprehensive, and logically connected framework of seven universal conditions for achieving satisfying and sustainable results in any endeavor. He calls them “The 7 Cs of Success.”

Although “The 7 Cs of Success,” are meant to help us in buisness and life, Morris believes that, in any challenge, we need the 7 Cs. We all have challenges in our well-being, so “The 7 Cs of Success,” may serve as another valuable framework to use.
