3 Tiny Things on Nutrition
- Ask yourself, “What parts of your nutrition plan are working?” Conversely, ask yourself, “What isn’t working?”;
- Read labels of the food you eat. If you don’t know what something is, look it up;
- Identify something that you already want to do to help your nutrition plan, make sure it is easy for you to do, and then attach it to something you already do in connection with nutrition. For example, if you have juice with every meal, add some water or seltzer to your juice.

You are a unique individual and your nutrition plan should be unique to you. The right nutrition plan is going to vary from person to person depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to age, gender, and aspirations. It’s possible that the latest celebrity diet craze may be suited for you, more likely than not, it’s really just suited for that specific celebrity. Nevertheless, whatever your nutrition plan is, it needs to be something that you want to do and it needs to make you feel successful.
