  • Park just one spot further away from your office or where you normally would when shopping to get more steps in your day. Start small and celebrate afterward;
  • Create time to stretch in the morning & afternoon. In the morning, after you turn on your computer, stretch in some manner. In the afternoon, after lunch, stretch again;
  • Make time to move in the morning after you have turned on your computer and stretched, walk to the copier, or the break room, or to another room in your house/apartment. In the afternoon, do the same thing, except do it after lunch and after stretching.
